It's a messy job, but someone has to do it!

Emma loves to help me cook. Baking bread is especially fun because not only do you get to knead it, you get to beat - excuse me, punch it down after it rises! Yesterday Emma and I made rolls. They turned out yummy. Must have been the excellent kneading job! ;o) Oh, and don't get your hand in the way, because she really hits that dough hard!
