Takin' a 'bite' out o' life!
Emma's first tooth made an appearance on Saturday and she tried it out on mommy Sunday afternoon! I was really hoping that she would hold off for a few more months on the teething scene. She was fussy, but luckily she didn't run a fever. But it did affect her sleep, so everything is still a bit hazy for mom and dad!

Got gas?
I only really notice this on Saturday and Sunday mornings because they are more leisurely. Tuan and I lay in bed pretending to sleep in. But we never get to because Emma wakes up and starts babbling to us. But the funniest part is that while she babbles, she passes very loud gas! So we will be laying there, trying to pretend sleep and all of a sudden we will here a really loud toot! It is pretty hard to keep a straight face let alone sleep. So instead of sleeping in, we all end up cuddling together and listening the the free concert! :o}

Babbling
This past week Tuan, Emma and I went to a family reunion. As soon as we got there, Emma started babbling! It was so much fun to experience her doing something new with family there to also see it. As an update - she still babbles, but not as much. I suppose her dad and I don't give her quite as much attention as she got at the reunion. She absolutely loved it! She almost never stopped smiling. I guess she has her father's quiet reserved nature! Hee, hee!

Rollin', rollin', rollin' . . .
(originaly meant to be posted on the 28th of June)
Emma rolled from her back to her tummy today! She loves being on her tummy so much that I'm surprised she didn't learn this roll first! She now rolls to her tummy much more than to her back. Although the other night, she kept rolling back and forth while giggling over her acomplishments! I even had a dream (or was it a nightmare) last night that she was crawling!
